Concrete Runners is back on the track for the 2nd installment of our 6 session summer track series! our kick-off included a 1 mile time trial to set the bar, but now it’s time to do some homework. This Tuesday we’ll guide you through a progressive ladder workout to help you build your base and light up the fast lanes. Don’t have a clue how to run repeats on a track or when to recover vs. push? We’ve got your back. recovering from the SF marathon? not to fear, we’ll make sure you’re shaking it out safely and injury free! bring your track flats and get ready to sweat.

Distance: progressive ladder workout (descending) from 800s to a 100m finale.
