What is your biggest running accomplishment on the concrete?
Throughout my life, I was never a runner or an active person. My love for fitness began when I signed up for my first half marathon in 2013. I have participated in 5K, 10K, and half marathons. My biggest running accomplishment is during the fall of 2015 when I began to actually crave to run, even for fun! This was definitely a turning point for me on the concrete and I love it so far!
Why do you run?
Running is my therapy as it relaxes me during the chaos or changes that are happening in life. Being able to run through a city, trails, or anywhere in the world has given me a different appreciation for the views that we are fortunate to see everyday.
What inspires you?
I am inspired by people who are motivated to change their lives, are goal setters, and optimistic.
